HOW TO BOOK

Please use the easy online booking tool to rent the studio space. Information on how to access the building will be sent to you in the booking confirmation. If you have questions relating to your booking, reach out to booking@studio-e9.com.

PARKING

Parking is available in front of the building or along the street. No parking in front of the garage doors as these are in use by tenants and building maintenance.

RULES

This is a mixed use building so please be mindful of any tenants living upstairs. The courtyard is shared so please be respectful if using this space. Please be mindful of neighbors when using the orchard. There is sound insulation between the floors but, again, please be considerate with noise. Please don’t use adhesives to the walls or use confetti, glitter, smoke bombs or light candles. No smoking is allowed on the property.

LEGAL

The safety of the renter, clients and/or attendees while renting the studio and orchard falls under the coverage of the renter’s own certificate of liability insurance.

USAGE + CLEAN UP

Any set-up and clean-up time required for your shoot or event must be accounted for within the allotted rental time you have booked. Please leave the studio as you found it. A cleaning fee of $80 will be applied at discretion if further cleaning is required after your rental. If using the kitchenette, please ensure the fridge is emptied and counter tops are clean before leaving. Cleaning supplies and trash bags can be found in the cupboards and drawers.

AMENITIES

The studio is 800 sq ft and comes with a large bathroom. Paper background rolls are provided. Colors are on rotation and can’t be guaranteed. The white and brick walls are always an option as a backdrop. A beige drop cloth with velvet curtains are also hanging as an additional background option. The studio includes a kitchenette with dishwasher, sink, mini fridge and cupboard space. There is a large bathroom, which has a hanging rail for clothes. Some furniture including a green leather sofa and antique chairs are also in the studio. If you are renting for an event, the studio provides tables, chairs and linens for 20 guests.

The orchard is approx. 1/2 acre and has several fruit trees including apple and peach. Orchard usage is included in your rental. A vehicle is allowed on the grass if it’s part of your shoot or to help with setup of different elements. For example, you may use a vehicle in the orchard as backdrop for mini sessions. Please don’t drive a vehicle in the orchard if the ground is wet or muddy. Please don’t park in the orchard.

EVENT RENTAL

Studio E9 is the perfect location for your next small event that’s too big for you to host at home but not big enough for typical event venues. Examples include birthday parties, babies showers, wedding showers, family reunions, neighborhood events, and more. Learn more here.

REFUNDS + RESCHEDULING

Thank you for choosing Studio E9 for your photography needs. Please review our no-refund policy below:

Non-Refundable Payments: All payments for studio rentals, including hourly, multi-hour, half-day, and full-day bookings, are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their booking as many times as needed. Please use the booking page to make adjustments to your rental, subject to availability.
Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, no refund will be issued. Please confirm your schedule before booking.
Studio Rules: Clients must adhere to all studio rules. Any violation may result in the termination of the session without refund.
Force Majeure: If the studio is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will offer to reschedule your session at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued.
